Mo advised us they were waiting for their universal credit payments to start.
Due to the total outstanding on Mo’s application, the support team set up a new repayment arrangement when Mo received their Universal Credit. Spreading the remaining balance over a longer period was more manageable.
The support team sent Mo a list of companies that specialise in mental health to ensure they had the support required.
