After receiving the reference number, the support team made the required adjustments to Asim’s application preventing any further communication until StepChange made contact.
StepChange contacted Bumper and confirmed Asim had entered into a debt management plan.
The support team now liaise directly with StepChange when collecting Asim’s repayments.
